Hiwan Golf Club – Evergreen, CO

Hosted by the Junior Golf Alliance of Colorado

The championship will be contested at the Hiwan Golf Club in scenic Evergreen, Colorado. Just twenty-five miles west of downtown Denver, off of Interstate 70, you will find Hiwan in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains situated at an elevation of 7,665 feet.  The Rocky Mountains are notable for containing the highest peaks in central North America. The range’s highest peak is Mount Elbert located in Colorado at 14,440 feet.

The club partnered with the Colorado Golf Association to host the Junior Americas Cup in 2011 so it is intimately familiar with this event.  Hiwan is committed to junior golf; they have hosted numerous important national junior events including the U.S. Girls Junior Amateur Championship, U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, AJGA Rolex Tournament of Champions and the AJGA Rolex Girls Junior Championship.

Hiwan Golf Club is one of Colorado’s finest golf clubs.  For over 55 years it has graced the Evergreen community. Generations have walked its storied fairways and enjoyed golf and all the many activities of a country club.
